Please read the policy carefully before making any purchase on our website, as all purchases are final.
We understand that plans can change, and so can purchases. Our ‘Cancellation Policy’ allows for the cancellation of orders prior to shipment. Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. To cancel your order, please write to info@theskinfront.com with your complete order details.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. We are a young, independently run skincare brand, and every order is hand-packed with care. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us minimize operational disruptions
