SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver across 20,000+ unique PIN codes in India. Deliverability to your location is verified at the time of order placement and may be reassessed thereafter.
In the rare event that your PIN code becomes unserviceable after your order has been placed, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund (for prepaid orders) within 48 hours. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 working hours of receipt. Delivery timelines usually range between 2 to 10 days, depending on your location. Customers in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru can expect delivery within approximately 3 days.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances, including natural events. If your order has not reached you within 10 days, we invite you to write to us at care@theskinfront.com
Delivery Procedure
You agree that the products are carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and are ready to be shipped by our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection. The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforeseen delay.
Packaging Construct
Our products are carefully wrapped in paper wraps before being put in cartons for a safe delivery experience. We take great pride in the calibre of our packaging.
Tracking Information
You will receive notification after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can check the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from the warehouse. You understand that the status of your order may take 24 hours, or such other time as may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond The Skin Front control.
Delivery Timelines
Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered as per the estimated time of delivery provided on the product page/product cart. You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped. However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the website and/or communicated to you. If you are ordering our products during promotional or sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes.
Shipments
You acknowledge that one order with more than one product may be delivered in multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations. All our orders are verified using codes sent via [text messages and/or e-mails] at the time of delivery (“Delivery Acceptance Codes”) to ensure secure delivery of orders. In the event that you do not receive a Delivery Acceptance Code at the time of delivery, you agree to provide the delivery personnel with a document which acts as an identity proof of the person who placed the order to complete the order.
Shipping Fees
An additional ₹70 shipping fee applies for Cash on Delivery orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at care@theskinfront.com and refer to our Return Policy. Delivery partners will not be able to assist in such cases.
Order and Address Handling
Ensure full and correct addresses including pin code are provided. Orders and addresses cannot be changed post-placement of order. Each order ships to a single specified address. In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability, and refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 48 hours of cancellation.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
Courier partners make three delivery attempts. On failure, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.
Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, potentially extending delivery time. If you haven't received your order within 10 days, contact us at care@theskinfront.com
Product Return
To return your product, you should send your product to THIRD VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED, 6 UDAY PARK, SECOND FLOOR, NEW DELHI 110049. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs.1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
