Q1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually ship orders within 24 business hours. Once your order is on its way, it typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days in Delhi and NCR and 5-7 days outside Delhi NCR.
Q2. What is your Return, Exchange and Refund policy?
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make a video while unboxing the product. Furthermore, to be eligible for return it must also be in the original packaging.
